No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to doing excellent work, and our case studies reflect real outcomes we have helped clients achieve. However, results vary depending on your business, industry, implementation, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, lead generation numbers, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services often involve integrating with or building on third-party platforms (such as CRMs, messaging platforms, or AI providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing shifts, or policy updates made by those third parties that may affect your implementation.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms for Jamaii services are outlined in your individual client agreement. The following general terms apply unless your agreement states otherwise:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• Deposits or setup fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on an engagement if payment is significantly overdue

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on jamaii.com, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and code, is owned by Positivseeds LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

Work We Create for You

Ownership of deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement is governed by your client agreement. Unless your agreement specifies a full transfer of intellectual property, Jamaii retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and tools used to build your solution. You receive a license to use the deliverable for your business purposes.

Your Content

Any content, data, or materials you share with us to complete your project remain your property. By sharing them, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to deliver your project.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We do not share your business details, project specifics, or proprietary data with third parties except as needed to deliver your services (e.g., a development subcontractor bound by a similar confidentiality obligation).

8. Data and Privacy

Upon termination of a service engagement, any outstanding payment obligations remain due. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
